What is Act 718 and how does it affect you?
When a government entity collects private/confidential evidence regarding the public health of all that are involved, the entity must give complete lockdown in the greater residential area *or where the boundaries exceed the radius, thus enabling active quarantine (contact your local health advisory for more information). The purpose of this notice is to enable the individual to make an informed decision about whether to comply with the authorized quarantine in the area. A government entity may inquire that you be immediately apprehended and quarantined upon proximity with governing forces.
When does a government entity have authority?
• The individual shows signs of visible infection
• The individual shows signs of sporadic rage
• The individual shows signs of refusal to be quarantined
• The individual is asked to present identification
What must a government entity include in the quarantine?
The purpose and intended use of the units deployed is to ensure that the infected area be locked off completely. Citizens will be asked to evacuate the immediate area to a checkpoint installed in the immediate area. If the individual is in need of medial attention they will be traded to the Army medical triage where they will be placed in capable hands until the quarantine ends. The quarantine can last for as long as the deployed military commander in the field deems profitable. It is in the military greatest hopes and efforts that they treat you, your family and friends with the utmost gratitude and respect.
What are the consequences to a government entity for failing to comply with the quarantine?
Infected will be shot on sight.
